PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Whole Milk Powder is a milk product obtained by evaporating water from pasteurized whole cow’s milk using vacuum technology. The next process is spray drying and harvesting of whole milk powder. Full-fat milk in powder form retains all the properties of liquid milk. In addition, it is characterized by an extended shelf life.

Whole Milk Powder in the food industry is used in confectionery, chocolate, caramel and ice cream products. In baking, as an ingredient of creams, toppings and icing. It is perfect for the production of milk-based drinks, sauces and coffee whiteners, instant soups and premixes. It can be used in the production of frozen food.
