This is a VS Cognac from Pierre Ferrand, made to an original recipe from 1840. It is a premier cru brandy, made from grapes grown in the Grande Champagne region of Cognac.
Tasting Notes
Nose Honey and hints of fresh blossom. Cigar leaves. Vanilla.
Palate Dried peels and allspice. Acacia honey and dried apricot.
Finish Spiced finish, ending on Black Forest honey and dried peels.
