PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Full Cream Milk Powder is manufactured by spray drying fresh, pasteurized, high quality full cream milk. It is produced from milk sourced exclusively from our member farmers, guaranteeing quality and traceability of supply. Our milk powder is produced from pasture grazed cows fed on a natural, grass-based diet, which ensures sustainability and provides the highest standards of animal welfare.

Product description: Product resultant by dehydration of fresh milk obtained in complete, controlled and hygienic procedures from good and healthful cows.
Ingredients: Raw cows milk – emulsifier lecithin.
Packing: 25 kg net 3-4 ply paper bags with a strong poly inner bag.

APPLICATIONS
Full Cream Milk Powder is primarily used in the bakery, confectionery, chocolate and ice cream manufacturing industries. It is also used in the production of frozen foods, instant soups, ice cream, bakery, confectionery, chocolate, biscuits, cookies, dairy (yogurt, laban, cheeses, pasteurized & UHT-milk), processed cheeses, evaporated & sweetened condensed milk, fruit and flavored beverages, sauces, infant foods & milk.
